White-label development for agencies

More work than capacity? I build it, you ship it.

I take overflow web and AI application work from agencies and studios on a fixed scope and fixed price. Your client never knows I exist. You get working code, on a date you can promise, with none of the hiring risk.

What I take on

Scoped in writing before anything starts, so you can quote your client with confidence instead of hedging.

Application build

A working web app from a spec or a rough idea. Auth, database, the actual product logic, deployed and handed over.

  • Next.js, React, TypeScript, Postgres or Supabase
  • Weekly demo builds so nothing is a surprise at the end
  • Handed over as a repo you own, documented
$5k to $15k2 to 4 weeks

AI feature work

The AI piece your client asked for and your team would rather not learn on a deadline. Chat over their documents, extraction, summarization, automation glue.

  • RAG over client documents, agents, structured extraction
  • Honest cost modeling so the running bill is known before launch
  • Built to be handed to your developers, not locked to me
$2.5k to $8k1 to 3 weeks

AI codebase rescue

A client showed up with something built in Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor, and now it needs to be real. I audit it, tell you honestly whether to fix or rebuild, then do the work.

  • Security, exposed keys, database access rules, runaway API costs
  • Written report you can forward to the client as your own
  • Fix or rebuild quoted separately once you know what you have
$750 audit5 days, then quoted

Marketing sites

Fast, hand-built, genuinely responsive sites when your design team is ahead of your build team.

  • From your designs, or designed here if you prefer
  • Static or CMS-backed, deployed to your hosting or mine
$2k to $6k1 to 2 weeks

Prefer to start small?

A paid pilot before you hand me a client project

A landing page, a feature, a fix. Fixed price between $500 and $1,500, delivered in under a week, so you can judge code quality and communication on something low-stakes first.

How working together actually goes

The things an agency needs to know before handing over a client project.

You own the relationship

I work under your brand. I don't contact your client, appear on calls unless you want me there, or approach them afterward. Ever.

Fixed price, agreed first

Scope in writing, price attached. If scope grows, we requote before I build it, so your margin is never the thing that absorbs a change.

You see progress weekly

A working deployed build every week, not a status update. If something is going sideways you'll know early enough to tell your client.

Clean handover

Your repo, your hosting, documented setup. Nothing depends on me being reachable next year.

Selected work

Products and concept builds of my own, all live and all built recently. Agency work stays under your brand, so it does not appear here.

Watch2Text

Product that turns video into clean, readable Markdown. Caption extraction, a text-cleaning pipeline that rebuilds real paragraphs from fragmented captions, and timestamped links back to the source. Built and shipped in five days.

Local business site system

One template, three distinct brand personalities, built to show how far a small business site can move beyond a theme. Concept builds for fictional businesses, not client work.

Got a project you'd rather not staff?

Tell me the scope and the deadline. I'll come back with a fixed price and an honest yes or no, usually the same day.
